How to apply at The Haven at Parkside

Three steps: see the homes, pick one, apply online. The fees are listed here in full so there is nothing to discover at the end.

The steps

  1. Tour. Use the chat in the corner of any page, call or text (904) 820-2193, or open any home on the availability page and click Schedule a tour. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  2. Pick a home. Every open apartment is listed live with its rent, square footage and availability date.
  3. Apply online from that home's listing. Screening criteria are provided with the application.

Fees and deposit

  • Application fee: $65 per applicant
  • Security deposit: equal to one month's rent
  • Pets: registered and approved through an independent screening before move-in; $25 per month per pet plus a one-time non-refundable pet fee
  • Lease terms from 12 to 36 months

Rent is set per home and moves with availability, so the only honest number is the live one on the availability page.

After you move in

Rent is paid and maintenance is requested through the resident portal. Every home is a two-bedroom of about 840 square feet, in two layouts with one or two full baths, from $1,095 a month, with an open-concept living and dining area, wood-look flooring and an updated kitchen.
