Is The Haven at Parkside pet friendly?
Yes! All pets must be registered and approved prior to move-in through an independent screening process. Approved pets are subject to a $25/month fee per pet plus a one-time non-refundable pet fee.
How do I pay my rent?
Log into your online resident portal to pay rent.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Through the resident portal: from the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance, describe the issue in detail, upload one or more photos, give the property manager permission to enter, and submit.
